Is it true that there is a story in the bible where…?
where a man offers his daughters up for the townspeople to have sex with and he is considered righteous for it?

And then later his daughters get him drunk and sleep with him and this is OK because they need to continue their righteous blood line?

Please give me chapter and verse, because I don’t think it could be true. Its not in there. God would never condone those things.

Not in the way that you have been told. You should read it to find out. The man you are talking about had angels come to his house, and the townspeople basically wanted to rape the angels. Also, it was not good at all that the daughters slept with their own father. It was disgusting and the Bible clearly portrays it as disgusting.

The bible doesn’t say God condoned it. The Bible just records it.

Anyhow, the first occurs just before the destruction of Sodom in Genesis 19:6.
